About AVE Events

AVE Events is a technical production partner for corporate conferences, international summits, and executive meetings. Since 2007, we’ve delivered 500+ events across Poland, Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia — from 50-person board meetings to 700-attendee international trade summits. We don’t rent equipment. We own technical outcomes. One production manager, one accountability chain, one team that already knows your venue before the day arrives.

Most AV companies specialize in one thing — equipment rental, or live streaming, or interpretation. AVE Events integrates all of it. We operate at the intersection of three critical capabilities:

• Technical Production — sound, video, lighting, streaming, and stage management for conferences of 50 to 1,000 attendees

• Multilingual Communication — simultaneous interpretation systems supporting 2–12 languages, with both traditional booths and AI-assisted solutions

• Event Operations — registration systems, branding, digital signage, and full project management This combination is rare. Most production companies subcontract interpretation. Most interpretation providers don’t handle AV. We do both — in-house.

AVE Events was founded by Sherif Abdalazeem, a senior AV professional with over 20 years of experience delivering conferences across Egypt, Poland, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Our team includes certified AV technicians, simultaneous interpretation specialists, live streaming engineers, and dedicated project managers. We operate with the same crew across events — so your second conference with us is smoother than your first. We’re not a startup. We’re not a rental shop. We’re a production partner with two decades of experience solving the problems that arise when 500 people gather in one room and everything has to work perfectly.

Sherif Abdalazeem founded AVE Events in 2007 with a clear vision: conference organizers shouldn’t have to worry whether the AV will work. With 20+ years of experience across Egypt, Poland, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, he has built AVE Events into a technical production partner trusted by international trade organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and government bodies.

Aneta Matusz leads AVE Events’ operations in Poland, managing technical production and client delivery for corporate conferences and international summits. She oversees project planning, venue coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring flawless technical delivery for events of 50 to 700+ attendees.

Mateusz is AVE Events’ senior technical specialist, responsible for sound system design, stage lighting, and live equipment operation. With 10+ years of hands-on experience in conference AV production, he leads technical setups for venues ranging from hotel ballrooms to custom conference centers.

Aleksandra

Technical Project Manager

Ola specializes in complex multi-day conferences requiring hybrid streaming, simultaneous interpretation, and integrated AV systems. With a background in broadcast production and live event management, she coordinates pre-event site visits, creates detailed technical riders, and oversees rehearsals to ensure flawless execution.

Marta

Branding & Registration Manager

Marta oversees visual identity execution, on-site registration systems, and branded environments for corporate conferences. She manages digital signage networks, instant badge printing, custom stage design, and sponsor visibility across entire conference venues. With a keen eye for detail and brand consistency, Marta transforms conference spaces into cohesive branded experiences
